your weekly weight loss exercise routine |
Below is a list of exercises to build strong lean looking abs. This is a 3 day per week exercise and it usually takes around thirty minutes to an hour. working out three days a week is really good for your body but you need time for your body to rest also.So I recommend you do a Monday, Wednesday, Friday workout routine. I say that its better for you to workout and rest to but lets say you can workout Wednesday. Do you think you should workout Thursday? You could do one or two things. Either workout Thursday and Saturday and take Friday and Sunday off and go back strong on Monday. Or you can just workout two day in a row. I’ve struggled with this myself because we all get so busy so I want to make sure I can workout at least three times per week.
So if you know for a fact that you can workout Thursday and Saturday then I would say that would be your best bet. But if you can’t commit to it then working out Thursday and Friday wouldn’t hurt you. You just wouldn’t get enough the maximum amount of rest to build your muscles. You see the when you workout lets just say on Monday and you rest on Tuesday your muscles are resting their building themselves back up even stronger than before and this usually only takes a day. That’s why working out all five days in a row really doesn’t help you that much. you can get the same if not more out of fitness workout if you only go three times a week.
Now my fitness training routine usually consist of:
- Running 1 mile
- 4 sets of 50 crunches with different variations of stomach workout in between each set.
- 4 sets of 25 push ups
- 4 sets of 6 curls with the dumbbell set at 50lbs If you can’t do 50lbs then that fine find the weight that you can workout with and try to do plus 5lbs
Well that’s my weekly fitness routine. If you can do that and more if you want then I’m sure you will be looking and feeling great in no time at all. Weight loss is not a problem if you just commit to an exercise and don’t sway from it.
